Can I access the exam test banks and videos from more than one computer?
Yes, you may access your online test banks and videos from any computer, phone or tablet with an internet or WiFi connection.
How long do I have access to the online training materials ?
Single purchase products and single exam packages offer 6 months of unlimited access. Combination packages such as the SIE & series 7 complete study solutions offer 1 year of unlimited access
I am trying to access my online training materials but cannot find my login information. Where do I find that?
If you purchased the online training materials from our website, your login information was sent to the email address on your order. Please check the email account and any junk email folders you may have for your login instructions. If you are a returning student your new courses were added to your existing account. You may login using the same credentials.
I am getting an error message when I am trying to login to the online training, What do I do?
Please note your login information is case sensitive. Please also make sure that there are no spaces before or after the username and password. If your access has not expired you may use the password reset link on the login page here to obtain a temporary password.
I just placed an order and I did not receive my login information, what should I do?
Your computer may have sent the unrecognized email to a Spam folder. Please check your Spam folder. If you are a returning student your new courses were added to your existing account. You may login using the same credentials.
I need some technical support how can I contact you?
We provide technical support from 9AM to 5PM EST. Our sales support team does monitor email after hours and will try to respond to your email questions sent to sales@securitiesce.com.
Are the online training materials MAC compatible?

What is The Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our online test bank software and video training products, once accessed there are no refunds on online products. Students who wish to return textbooks may do so under the following conditions:
- You must contact our office and advise us of your intention to return the textbook within 7 days of purchase.
- Materials must be returned in brand new undamaged and unmarked condition.
- Any marks or damage will result in the denial of any refund for the textbook.
- Since we pay to ship the textbooks to you, all textbooks returned will be subject to a shipping and handling and restocking fee. The fee is $40 for each book returned
- If you purchased a textbook as part of a complete study solution or textbook and test bank package, and you have accessed the online videos or test bank , the price of the online materials be deducted from any potential refund.
There are no refunds for tutoring sessions provided. Canceling or rescheduling of tutoring sessions requires 72 business hours prior notice. Sessions canceled with less than 72 business hours notice will result in the student being charged for those sessions.
